Prosper Gillard came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Eurospeed Asti's Fausto Pinti. But to his dismay, Fausto Pinti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Prosper Gillard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Pinti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Eurospeed Asti's Fausto Pinti in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Prosper Gillard prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The wind increased when Ryan Giry made the kick off in the second half. Fausto Pinti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. After 61 minutes of play RvdU 1949 FC's Yvan Sartori was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 62 played minutes RvdU 1949 FC got a freekick which was hit by Yvan Sartori. Grant Irø received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Prosper Gillard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fausto Pinti struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Prosper Gillard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eurospeed Asti. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Fausto Pinti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eurospeed Asti's supporters rose to their feet, but Fausto Pinti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prosper Gillard breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 74th minute of the game Ryan Giry made a throw-in which Igor Pucheu played forward. Through an outstanding action, after 76 minutes, Prosper Gillard successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Fausto Pinti might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Prosper Gillard. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fausto Pinti ran back to his position shaking his head.
