Richard Billberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Luz in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Zapryan Vasov came free, but Tom Daamen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Tom Daamen managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Xhoris's Gust Swiggers fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Richard Billberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juliane Rúsin, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Michel Luz made a kick off. Tom Daamen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gust Swiggers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, Gust Swiggers notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Boca Juniors's Tom Daamen. Tom Daamen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Xhoris fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Xhoris's Gust Swiggers looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Joaquin Ramon struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Tom Daamen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xhoris. When Xhoris's Joaquin Ramon in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 73rd minute of the match, Oliver Alberda tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Richard Billberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Richard Billberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Luz in the 76th minute of play. Richard Billberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alwin van der Gun in the 81st minute. Richard Billberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juliane Rúsin in the 88th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Michel Luz could shoot a difficult shot in the 94th minute, which Richard Billberg however easily saved by the left post. Tom Daamen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Ramon in the 95th minute of play. After some careless play in the Boca Juniors defense, Joaquin Ramon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tom Daamen. The Boca Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tom Daamen should have stopped the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Xhoris fans cheered their team off the field, for while Boca Juniors had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
