Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Sporting Mambo's Frederik Blaumüller started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Brend Vanden Driessche struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Florian De Vleeschauwere didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Limburg United. After a defensive mix-up in Limburg United's zone, Behzat Hazer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hendrik Herremans came out of the goal and Behzat Hazer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frederik Blaumüller got free with Hendrik Herremans in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Limburg United's Hendrik Herremans got control of the ball when Eric Mattsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 13th minute of the match, Frederik Blaumüller got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hendrik Herremans was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Frederik Blaumüller made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 14thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Hendrik Herremans would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Hendrik Herremans stood somewhat misplaced when Frederik Blaumüller came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 15 minute. In the 18th minute Fredrik Terwenhout shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florian De Vleeschauwere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florian De Vleeschauwere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredrik Terwenhout, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Sporting Mambo's Florian De Vleeschauwere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredrik Terwenhout in the 27th minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Limburg United's Fredrik Terwenhout nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Florian De Vleeschauwere made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Behzat Hazer got free with Hendrik Herremans in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Florian De Vleeschauwere came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Limburg United's Brend Vanden Driessche. But to his dismay, Brend Vanden Driessche quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 44 minutes into the game, Antony Rodrigues was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Mambo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Limburg United the free kick. Antony Rodrigues hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 46thth minute of the game Fredrik Terwenhout who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sporting Mambo's Florian De Vleeschauwere was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 47th minute, Jason Jonckers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fredrik Terwenhout made a kick off. Fredrik Terwenhout sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the match, Sporting Mambo's Frederik Blaumüller sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hendrik Herremans narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frederik Blaumüller in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hendrik Herremans prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fredrik Terwenhout did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Florian De Vleeschauwere 60 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute, Frederik Blaumüller got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, Limburg United's Florian De Vleeschauwere threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fredrik Terwenhout, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Sporting Mambo booed when Limburg United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mickael den Pelsmaeker didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rajmond Petris in the 71st minute of play forced Limburg United's goalkeeper Hendrik Herremans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Limburg United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rajmond Petris was slow to take the kick. During this time Sporting Mambo's players had a chance to rest. In the 77th minute, Behzat Hazer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabian Orellana hit a great ball. Arnold De Raemaekers hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sporting Mambo's goalkeeper Florian De Vleeschauwere, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Limburg United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
