With an all-out effort, De Keikoppers's Bjorn Panter threw himself towards the right post 2 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rolf Huveneers, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Lionel Van Den Broek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klaus Bas in the 6th minute of the match. Lionel Van Den Broek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Kristoffers in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Jonathan Kristoffers made a precise shot to the right of Lionel Van Den Broek. De Keikoppers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The supporters of De Keikoppers booed when The Dalwhinnie Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chiel Kuis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bjorn Panter made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Rolf Huveneers sent off a good shot on target. Lionel Van Den Broek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ger Mols in the 23rd minute of play. Klaus Bas charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Klaus Bas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, The Dalwhinnie Boys's Klaus Bas got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 29th play minute Sem De Kelper came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bjorn Panter. 2-1. Rolf Huveneers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Bjorn Panter made a huge save. Bjorn Panter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rolf Huveneers in the 35th minute. 36 minutes into the game, Jiang Kang Nan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Dalwhinnie Boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave De Keikoppers the free kick. Joachim Van Der Meren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, Klaus Bas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lionel Van Den Broek was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Bjorn Panter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolf Huveneers, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. 48 minutes in the game, Rolf Huveneers dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

De Keikoppers's Lionel Van Den Broek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save De Keikoppers from getting a goal against them. 57 minutes into the match, The Dalwhinnie Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Joachim Van Der Meren came free, but Bjorn Panter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bjorn Panter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolf Huveneers, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. At last the ball reached Geert Smidts at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of The Dalwhinnie Boys. 3-2. When Sem De Kelper came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the De Keikoppers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sem De Kelper couldn't finish the play. The Dalwhinnie Boys's Bjorn Panter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sem De Kelper in the 66th minute of play. After 68 played minutes The Dalwhinnie Boys got a freekick which was hit by Jiang Kang Nan. After 70 minutes of play, De Keikoppers's Rolf Huveneers made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bjorn Panter was left in no man's land by his defense there! 77 minutes into the match, De Keikoppers's Rolf Huveneers sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bjorn Panter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 78th minute Sem De Kelper shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bjorn Panter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sem De Kelper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Bjorn Panter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ger Mols's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lionel Van Den Broek was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. The Dalwhinnie Boys's Bjorn Panter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolf Huveneers in the 88th minute of play. De Keikoppers's Rolf Huveneers got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bjorn Panter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolf Huveneers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Rolf Huveneers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
