Tony Vanbuyten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Qin Fei Chao, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. When Laurent Elzen fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zero Gravity's protests and gave Laurent Elzen a yellow card for diving instead. After 45 played minutes Zero Gravity got a freekick which was hit by Laurent Elzen.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Güralp Ergüleç was the one to do the kick off. Jorge Caetano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jüri Djorkaeff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 84 played minutes Portus Ganda got a freekick which was hit by Frederic Van Caels. Jorge Caetano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Güralp Ergüleç in the 89th minute of play. Jorge Caetano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Güralp Ergüleç in the 92nd minute. Laurent Elzen hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Jüri Djorkaeff took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jorge Caetano. Zero Gravity's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Portus Ganda left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Zero Gravity.
