The referee felt a red card was in order, 5 minutes into the game, when Örs Novák put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Nimród Vére fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 4th minute. Penalty! Hector Pello placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! If Freek Som had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. In the 15thth minute of the game Zalán Pető who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leiden Spor Kulubu's Harry Mik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 16 minutes, Zalán Pető made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. The tension between the Leiden Spor Kulubu and the Nimród Vére players grew even worse after the yellow card.

When János Zsinka fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nimród Vére's protests and gave János Zsinka a yellow card for diving instead. János Zsinka hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute, Csaba Szakál hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zalán Pető in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Harry Mik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leiden Spor Kulubu's Harry Mik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zalán Pető in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the game, Leiden Spor Kulubu's Zhao Yuan Xing nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Krisztián Sydbøge made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. János Zsinka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle went the supporters of Nimród Vére were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Leiden Spor Kulubu side.
