Andreas Boegaerts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from János Újfalussy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by fc eendenpad's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Reijniers was slow to take the kick. During this time Brakkies New Bastards's players had a chance to rest. Daniel Reijniers made a great header on Brakkies New Bastards's corner, it was just that fc eendenpad's Andreas Boegaerts managed to reach the ball for a save. 1-0 became the score in the 14th minute when Perry Uyterhelcht elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Andreas Boegaerts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from János Újfalussy in the 17th minute of play. Ernesto Vergílio scored 1-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andreas Boegaerts, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of fc eendenpad booed when Brakkies New Bastards was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Vergílio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute Kirk Powderham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Boegaerts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kirk Powderham in the 25th minute of play forced fc eendenpad's goalkeeper Andreas Boegaerts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. fc eendenpad's Andreas Boegaerts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robben Kints in the 28th minute of play. Brakkies New Bastards's Nico Van Meerbek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Perry Uyterhelcht in the 29th minute of play. After having played for 39 minutes, Kirk Powderham managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brakkies New Bastards's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kirk Powderham was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in fc eendenpad's zone, Kirk Powderham stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andreas Boegaerts came out of the goal and Kirk Powderham tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 44 played minutes fc eendenpad got a freekick which was hit by Lenny De Martelaere. Kirk Powderham struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Andreas Boegaerts didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brakkies New Bastards. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dimitri Fouquet to strike the kick off in the second half. Andreas Boegaerts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from János Újfalussy in the 52nd minute of the match. Brakkies New Bastards's János Újfalussy got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 61 minutes into the match, fc eendenpad's goal looked a bit too open when Kirk Powderham came free, but Andreas Boegaerts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. János Újfalussy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, fc eendenpad's Dedé Barral got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 71st minute of the match, Robben Kints tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Andreas Boegaerts saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Andreas Boegaerts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Vergílio, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Andreas Boegaerts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from János Újfalussy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute, Ernesto Vergílio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robben Kints scored 1-2 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andreas Boegaerts, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 93rd minute, János Újfalussy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brakkies New Bastards's Nico Van Meerbek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Perry Uyterhelcht in the 96th minute of play. Brakkies New Bastards's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
