An unexpectedly hard shot by Kamen Kudev in the 21st minute of play forced Albertus FC's goalkeeper Ger Tollenaar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Albertus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Iliyan Praskov came free, but Ger Tollenaar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Velimir Petzanov ran over to the corner to take the kick. Nasko Ichev came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ger Tollenaar could save by the left post. Iliyan Praskov who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Ger Tollenaar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Albertus FC booed when FC Bourgas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nasko Ichev didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Bourgas's Filcho Mavrikov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christijan van Asseldonk in the 35th minute of play. Iliyan Praskov had several of the Albertus FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 37 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Ger Tollenaar as he didn't even see the shot coming. The FC Bourgas fans cheered their team off the field, for while Albertus FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
