When Lauta Army's Isidoro Thomas in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Geetsvondel²'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 38th minute Isidoro Thomas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herald Wouqier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Jochen Van den Wyngaert in the 41st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Lauta Army's Rhesos Theodoratos. In the 42nd minute, Jochen Van den Wyngaert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Lauta Army booed when Geetsvondel² was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matthy Reniers didn't get a good kick on the ball. Geetsvondel²'s Herald Wouqier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Thomas in the 44th minute of play. Isidoro Thomas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Herald Wouqier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Geetsvondel² players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lauta Army were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isidoro Thomas was the one to do the kick off. Isidoro Thomas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Herald Wouqier having to make a save. In the 52nd minute Isidoro Thomas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herald Wouqier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geetsvondel²'s Herald Wouqier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Thomas in the 55th minute of play. In the 58th minute Isidoro Thomas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herald Wouqier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lauta Army's Seoirse McJon got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Geetsvondel² defense, Isidoro Thomas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Herald Wouqier. The Geetsvondel² fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Herald Wouqier should have stopped the shot. Hannes Steenbecks hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Lauta Army made a substitution. Slavey Kostadinchev replaced Rhesos Theodoratos. Isidoro Thomas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Herald Wouqier came out and tried to block the shot, but Isidoro Thomas slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 72nd minute. A collision led to Lauta Army getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Slavey Kostadinchev hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the match, Lauta Army's goal looked a bit too open when Henk Wouters came free, but Adam Doykin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herald Wouqier was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Isidoro Thomas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Isidoro Thomas really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Seoirse McJon struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Herald Wouqier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lauta Army. 84 minutes into the match, Lauta Army's goal looked a bit too open when Matthy Reniers came free, but Adam Doykin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Isidoro Thomas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lauta Army's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidoro Thomas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herald Wouqier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lauta Army played a much better game than Geetsvondel² and deserved their victory. The Geetsvondel² players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
