Botev Plovdiv 1912 were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after A.A. Čhecos Jrs.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Billy Borre took the corner. The audience thought a goal was coming when Di Kun got free with Kepa Arrizabalaga in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kepa Arrizabalaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Di Kun in the 12th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erik Lamela in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christian Bale saved Botev Plovdiv 1912 from getting behind. In the 18th minute, Botev Plovdiv 1912's Ognyan Filipov seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ognyan Filipov the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Botev Plovdiv 1912 protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ognyan Filipov had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Botev Plovdiv 1912 getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Ognyan Filipov hit a great ball. When Ivo Kolomazník came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the A.A. Čhecos Jrs. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivo Kolomazník couldn't finish the play. Jan Skýpala recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the game, A.A. Čhecos Jrs.'s Kryštof Pešl nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christian Bale made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 36 minutes into the match, Jan Skýpala had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christian Bale. Botev Plovdiv 1912's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan Skýpala was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Moises Blasi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Kepa Arrizabalaga when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Botev Plovdiv 1912's Christian Bale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Lamela in the 46th minute of play. A.A. Čhecos Jrs. made a substitution. Zoltán Petržela replaced Erik Lamela. In the 48th minute, Billy Borre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jan Skýpala to strike the kick off in the second half. Kepa Arrizabalaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dominguez Codony in the 53rd minute of the match. Billy Borre made a great header on Botev Plovdiv 1912's corner, it was just that A.A. Čhecos Jrs.'s Kepa Arrizabalaga managed to reach the ball for a save. A.A. Čhecos Jrs.'s Jan Skýpala was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 57th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zoltán Petržela in the 61st minute of play forced Botev Plovdiv 1912's goalkeeper Christian Bale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kepa Arrizabalaga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moises Blasi went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Botev Plovdiv 1912 made a substitution. Paul Romeo replaced Moises Blasi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Di Kun in the 67th minute of play forced A.A. Čhecos Jrs.'s goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Bale stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan Skýpala's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. 73 minutes into the match, Botev Plovdiv 1912's goalkeeper Christian Bale had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan Skýpala. Christian Bale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Skýpala, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 80thth minute of the game Jan Skýpala who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Botev Plovdiv 1912's Christian Bale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kajetan Daszkowski in the 82nd minute of play forced A.A. Čhecos Jrs.'s goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kajetan Daszkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Botev Plovdiv 1912 defense, Milo Nesa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christian Bale. The Botev Plovdiv 1912 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christian Bale should have stopped the shot. A.A. Čhecos Jrs.'s Kepa Arrizabalaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paul Romeo in the 93rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paul Romeo in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kepa Arrizabalaga saved A.A. Čhecos Jrs. from getting behind. In the 97th minute of the match Botev Plovdiv 1912 got a corner. A.A. Čhecos Jrs.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Billy Borre ran over to the corner to take the kick. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. A.A. Čhecos Jrs. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
