After a rather tough play, Seagulls's Best Štriker got a free kick in the 55th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Nagyváradi AC's goalkeeper Jos Van Hinnendael had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marco Mook. In the 67th minute, Ben Rensenbrink hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jos Van Hinnendael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Best Štriker in the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Roderick van Boxel made a precise shot to the right of Jos Van Hinnendael. Nagyváradi AC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Thanks to some nice moves Nildo Matos could shoot a difficult shot in the 81st minute, which Jos Van Hinnendael however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, Seagulls's Marco Mook got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Aurelio Rexino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ábel Zarka went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Aurelio Rexino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jedrzej Kasprzak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Seagulls defense, Silviu Filimon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aurelio Rexino. The Seagulls fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aurelio Rexino should have stopped the shot. 93 minutes into the game, Jedrzej Kasprzak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Aurelio Rexino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. For all the effort they put into the match, the Seagulls players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Nagyváradi AC.
