Czechia Hradec Králové's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 21 minutes into the match, Czechia Hradec Králové's goal looked a bit too open when Rasmus Højlund came free, but Nodar Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute Arturo Pfäffli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nodar Gol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fischverband Ostschweiz's Andre Giacomini got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Grayson Gruenigen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Andrýsek, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Grayson Gruenigen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Andrýsek in the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andre Giacomini in the 75th minute of play forced Czechia Hradec Králové's goalkeeper Nodar Gol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Nodar Gol managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Fischverband Ostschweiz's Arturo Pfäffli fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 79 minutes into the match, Czechia Hradec Králové's goalkeeper Nodar Gol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matthew Frutig. Nodar Gol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andre Giacomini in the 84th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Marián Holý hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute Andre Giacomini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nodar Gol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Fischverband Ostschweiz could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Czechia Hradec Králové throughout the match.
