KV Schoonwater's Daniel Ingelbert proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save KV Schoonwater from getting a goal against them. Abel Van Den Wijngaert took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Delyan Súrnev. Delyan Súrnev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. A collision led to Laziali getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Rostislav Filchovski hit a great ball. Daniel Ingelbert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Velichko Shindarov in the 35th minute of the match. Delyan Súrnev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Refael De Boeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute Pino Van Hinnendaels shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delyan Súrnev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Ingelbert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kosta Kúnov in the 39th minute. The supporters of KV Schoonwater booed when Laziali was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miladin Statkov didn't get a good kick on the ball. KV Schoonwater's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joachim Wiggers in the 45th minute. After taking down the ball on KV Schoonwater's corner Joachim Wiggers fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Delyan Súrnev quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Van Den Wijngaert in the 47th minute of play forced Laziali's goalkeeper Delyan Súrnev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 49 minutes Laziali's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joachim Wiggers who took care of the corner kick. KV Schoonwater's Sven-Edvin Viklund was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Delyan Súrnev in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abel Van Den Wijngaert made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Laziali got a freekick which was hit by Miladin Statkov. Aleko Kamberski hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Daniel Ingelbert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darin Gladichev in the 59th minute of the match. Delyan Súrnev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abel Van Den Wijngaert's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute, Reinard Billen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 65 played minutes, Laziali's Kosta Kúnov shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Daniel Ingelbert came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Laziali reached it. Laziali's Ramiro da Silva was substituted for Darin Gladichev. After taking down the ball on KV Schoonwater's corner Joachim Wiggers fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Delyan Súrnev quite easily take care of the ball. Bernt Tielemans hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the match, Laziali's Kosta Kúnov broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Daniel Ingelbert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hristofor Ikonomov, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 77th match minute, KV Schoonwater was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joachim Wiggers to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Ramiro da Silva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniel Ingelbert was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. In the 97th match minute, Laziali was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Veliko Stefchov to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. KV Schoonwater had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
