Fernando Couto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Durval Araújo made a huge save. After 10 played minutes F.C Fribourg got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Furtado. If Igor Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando Couto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durval Araújo having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Neto in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Durval Araújo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kléber da Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durval Araújo having to interfere. Durval Araújo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Neto's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. In the 33rd minute, Igor Neto made a precise shot to the right of Durval Araújo. F.C Fribourg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Durval Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Neto in the 36th minute of play. Durval Araújo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Durval Garcia's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Igor Albuquerque could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Durval Araújo made a huge save. Durval Araújo was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Igor Neto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Igor Neto really showed his touch with that goal: 6-0. AC Korban's Igor Neto was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 45th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

If Igor Albuquerque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the F.C Fribourg defense, Igor Neto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Durval Araújo. The F.C Fribourg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Durval Araújo should have stopped the shot. Durval Araújo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Neto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Durval Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durval Garcia in the 63rd minute of play. After 63 minutes, Luiz Gustavo Tavares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C Fribourg and the AC Korban players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd match minute, F.C Fribourg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Gustavo Tavares to maneuver through the defense. In the 81stth minute of the game Igor Neto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C Fribourg's Durval Araújo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, F.C Fribourg's Luiz Gustavo Tavares got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Durval Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Neto in the 83rd minute of play. Durval Araújo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Neto, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After 90 minutes, Igor Neto made it 13-0 with a short kick to the right side. F.C Fribourg's Durval Araújo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Durval Araújo was left in no man's land by his defense there! It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. AC Korban had played much better football throughout.
