After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Benedito Leão managed to get in a good position for a shot. If David Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by Figueirense FC - FSCMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Acácio Travassos was slow to take the kick. During this time GALO 13™'s players had a chance to rest. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olivar Loayza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Olivar Loayza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GALO 13™'s Leandro Aparecido was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Victor Donato didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the match, GALO 13™'s goal looked a bit too open when Olivar Loayza came free, but Leandro Aparecido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th match minute, Figueirense FC - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iuri Palmeira to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Figueirense FC - FSCMZ fans cheered their team off the field, for while GALO 13™ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
