Spectators: 146 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gafur Balkanlıoğlu started the match with the kick off. Gafur Balkanlıoğlu might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hílton Magalhães. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gafur Balkanlıoğlu ran back to his position shaking his head. 6 minutes into the match, Botinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gafur Balkanlıoğlu came free, but Hílton Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Gafur Balkanlıoğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hílton Magalhães. Botinho FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gafur Balkanlıoğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 12th minute, Valdomiro Rosado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, E.C. Água Santa's Gafur Balkanlıoğlu got a free kick in the 14th minute. The audience was convinced that Gafur Balkanlıoğlu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hílton Magalhães was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. E.C. Água Santa's Fernandez Gøl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save E.C. Água Santa from getting a goal against them. 23 minutes into the match, Gafur Balkanlıoğlu notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Botinho FC's Hílton Magalhães. Hílton Magalhães was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A sloppy throw-in by Elder Sarmento in the 26th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by E.C. Água Santa's Santiago Naike. The supporters of E.C. Água Santa booed when Botinho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elder Sarmento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hílton Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gafur Balkanlıoğlu in the 28th minute of play. E.C. Água Santa's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlos Casemiro in the 29th minute. Gafur Balkanlıoğlu might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hílton Magalhães. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gafur Balkanlıoğlu ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 32nd match minute, Botinho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elder Sarmento to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gafur Balkanlıoğlu in the 33rd minute of play forced Botinho FC's goalkeeper Hílton Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Casemiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Hílton Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 40 played minutes E.C. Água Santa got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Casemiro. In the 44th minute of the match Botinho FC got a corner. E.C. Água Santa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ivo Carvalho ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Ivo Carvalho got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fernandez Gøl quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 46th minute, Valdomiro Rosado made a precise shot to the right of Hílton Magalhães. Botinho FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dorival Vinhas was the one to do the kick off. Gafur Balkanlıoğlu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hílton Magalhães read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Gafur Balkanlıoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hílton Magalhães stood somewhat misplaced when Gafur Balkanlıoğlu came free in front of goal and shot 0-4 to the left of him in the 60 minute. E.C. Água Santa's Carlos Casemiro got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Gafur Balkanlıoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Hílton Magalhães successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Botinho FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ivo Carvalho in the 71st minute. After taking down the ball on Botinho FC's corner Ivo Carvalho fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fernandez Gøl quite easily take care of the ball. Gafur Balkanlıoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gafur Balkanlıoğlu in the 74th minute of play forced Botinho FC's goalkeeper Hílton Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Botinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gafur Balkanlıoğlu came free, but Hílton Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80thth minute of the game Gafur Balkanlıoğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Botinho FC's Hílton Magalhães was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fernandez Gøl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorival Vinhas in the 84th minute of the match. After 85 minutes of play, E.C. Água Santa's Gafur Balkanlıoğlu made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hílton Magalhães was left in no man's land by his defense there! E.C. Água Santa's Lenílson Bittencourt was substituted for Jonas Fernandes. Enrico Santovito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Hílton Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andrézinho Berger in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hílton Magalhães prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 94th match minute, Botinho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardinho Penha to maneuver through the defense. Hílton Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrézinho Berger in the 95th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. E.C. Água Santa walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
