After some careless play in the Morro Grande E.C defense, Gláuber de Amorim kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Willian Loyola. The Morro Grande E.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Willian Loyola should have stopped the shot. Willian Loyola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marinos Androulakis in the 15th minute of the match. Raúl Maia hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Bayındır Mehmet Şahdar put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Willian Loyola. Willian Loyola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bayındır Mehmet Şahdar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Willian Loyola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marinos Androulakis in the 45th minute of play. After the first half Zandarin FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristian Duarte to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Zandarin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diogo Luz to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Flavinho Rosado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zandarin FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavinho Rosado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Willian Loyola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zandarin FC's Flavinho Rosado got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marinos Androulakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Deivid Trevisan struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Rogério Paraense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Morro Grande E.C. Flavinho Rosado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willian Loyola having to interfere. Morro Grande E.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Marinos Androulakis scored to the left of an out of position Willian Loyola, making the score, 0-6. When Deivid Trevisan fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Morro Grande E.C's protests and gave Deivid Trevisan a yellow card for diving instead. Flavinho Rosado succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-7 in the 84th playminute. In the 96th play minute Flavinho Rosado came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Willian Loyola. 0-8. When the match was over Zandarin FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Morro Grande E.C throughout the match.
