Norbert Balonek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leonardo Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Goianésia E.C's Norbert Balonek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Barros in the 23rd minute of play. Gabi Gol's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Gilvan Sanches skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 32 minutes into the game, Green Squad FC's Tadeu Cosme nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Norbert Balonek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 34 minutes into the match, Goianésia E.C's goal looked a bit too open when Ulisses Antunes came free, but Norbert Balonek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Goianésia E.C's zone, Gonçalo Maia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norbert Balonek came out of the goal and Gonçalo Maia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 45 minutes into the match, Green Squad FC's goalkeeper Gilvan Sanches had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mark Faiko.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonardo Barros stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play, Green Squad FC's Tadeu Cosme made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Norbert Balonek was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Tadeu Cosme kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Norbert Balonek. That made the score 0-5 in the 54 minute of play. Ulisses Antunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tadeu Cosme blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Norbert Balonek having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Goianésia E.C's Mathias Vidal got a free kick in the 79th minute. Tadeu Cosme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Norbert Balonek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Green Squad FC's Leonardo Barros dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Attila Kertész during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
