The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. João Francisco Furtado hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 5thth minute of the game Prudencio Thomas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Planet Caravan's Jonathan Teixeira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. RØSANEGRA's Feliberto Oihenarte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save RØSANEGRA from getting a goal against them. After 18 played minutes Planet Caravan got a freekick which was hit by Erik Hoffmann. A collision led to RØSANEGRA getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Leandro Fonseca hit a great ball. Jonathan Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Fonseca in the 24th minute of the match. Gilvan Quirino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliberto Oihenarte having to interfere. Feliberto Oihenarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamim Jacinto, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Feliberto Oihenarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murillo de Almeida in the 32nd minute of the match. Gilvan Quirino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Feliberto Oihenarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamim Jacinto in the 46th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Douglas Costa made a kick off. Zeca Mesquita hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute, Rony Gerber sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Planet Caravan's Jonathan Teixeira didn't even have to move. 56 minutes into the match, RØSANEGRA's goal looked a bit too open when Gilvan Quirino came free, but Feliberto Oihenarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Prudencio Thomas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Teixeira. That made the score 0-1 in the 63 minute of play. After 75 played minutes RØSANEGRA got a freekick which was hit by Filipe Neiva. RØSANEGRA's Afonso Proença was substituted for Leandro Fonseca. After a rather tough play, RØSANEGRA's Filipe Neiva got a free kick in the 77th minute. RØSANEGRA's attentive Cristiano Romário managed to snatch the ball when João Francisco Furtado made a throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game. After some careless play in the RØSANEGRA defense, Gilvan Quirino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Feliberto Oihenarte. The RØSANEGRA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Feliberto Oihenarte should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Prudencio Thomas took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Jonathan Teixeira to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. RØSANEGRA had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
