CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Itapema the free kick. Felippe Paranaense kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Vitório Massa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cícero da Costa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. Vitório Massa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arí Machado in the 15th minute of the match. Vitório Massa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cícero da Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cícero da Costa got free with Vitório Massa in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 28 minutes into the game, Felippe Paranaense cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Vitório Massa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Felippe Paranaense kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. The attack was good, but when Cícero da Costa in the 36th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alex Félix during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 38 minutes, Cícero da Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cícero da Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute, Facundo Guerrero made a precise shot to the right of Vitório Massa. Itapema's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Cícero da Costa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vitório Massa came out and tried to block the shot, but Cícero da Costa slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 45th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cícero da Costa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Itapema's goal looked a bit too open when Felippe Paranaense came free, but Vitório Massa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vitório Massa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cícero da Costa's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arí Machado in the 57th minute of play forced Itapema's goalkeeper Vitório Massa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vitório Massa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felippe Paranaense, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Arí Machado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vitório Massa. Itapema's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arí Machado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cícero da Costa in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vitório Massa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cícero da Costa in the 87th minute of play forced Itapema's goalkeeper Vitório Massa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vitório Massa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felippe Paranaense in the 88th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Felippe Paranaense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitório Massa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Felippe Paranaense hit a great ball.
