In the 3rdth minute of the game Gabriel-Omar Lucifer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leões do Sul 53's Frankie Gunn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 6th minute, Christiano Barreto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Leões do Sul 53 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Delfim de Alcântara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rony Rüşti in the 8th minute of the match. Delfim de Alcântara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rony Rüşti, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Leões do Sul 53's Hílton Britto managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alberto Albuquerque in the 12 minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guto Kleber in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Delfim de Alcântara saved LULU TRICOLOR from getting behind. In the 19th minute Cristóvão Heidemann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim de Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. LULU TRICOLOR's Delfim de Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christiano Barreto in the 24th minute of play. After 25 played minutes LULU TRICOLOR got a freekick which was hit by Cleiton Alves. After 29 played minutes Leões do Sul 53 got a freekick which was hit by Christiano Barreto. Frankie Gunn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel-Omar Lucifer in the 34th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Rony Rüşti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel-Omar Lucifer in the 38th minute of play forced Leões do Sul 53's goalkeeper Frankie Gunn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frankie Gunn came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by LULU TRICOLOR's Gabriel-Omar Lucifer. But to his dismay, Gabriel-Omar Lucifer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 43 minutes into the game, Rogério Seco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leões do Sul 53's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LULU TRICOLOR the free kick. After 42 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Leões do Sul 53! Leões do Sul 53:s Frankie Gunn showed great skill when he stopped Duda Mineiro:s penalty. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guto Kleber was the one to do the kick off. Leões do Sul 53's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hílton Britto in the 55th minute. The corner led Leões do Sul 53's Hílton Britto to fire away a dangerous shot which Delfim de Alcântara despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After having played for 60 minutes, Mihály Hámori managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LULU TRICOLOR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mihály Hámori was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Frankie Gunn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel-Omar Lucifer in the 66th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, LULU TRICOLOR's 王桑军 got a free kick in the 80th minute. After having played for 81 minutes, Hílton Britto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leões do Sul 53's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hílton Britto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arne Kullander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Delfim de Alcântara made a huge save. Arne Kullander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delfim de Alcântara having to interfere. A collision led to Leões do Sul 53 getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Rony Rüşti hit a great ball. Frankie Gunn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel-Omar Lucifer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th match minute, LULU TRICOLOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mihály Hámori to maneuver through the defense. LULU TRICOLOR were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Leões do Sul 53 for a fine match.
