Academia Santista CIMZ's Gu Zhan Wei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Betão Vargas in the 25th minute of play. Betão Vargas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gu Zhan Wei having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betão Vargas in the 29th minute of play forced Academia Santista CIMZ's goalkeeper Gu Zhan Wei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erasmo de Azevedo lost his temper 61 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card.
