Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jacinto de Azevedo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Geraldo Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Jacinto de Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Caldebrazza fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Caldebrazza's José Augusto Paes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jacinto de Azevedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Augusto Paes's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. In the 89th minute, Geraldo Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jacinto de Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Augusto Paes in the 90th minute of play.
