Despite this Armando Ruano quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Guarei FC booed when Caldebrazza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roch Pliszka didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armando Ruano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hubertas Dabkevičius in the 14th minute. Alessandro Linares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Betinho Ferreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Ruano came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Caldebrazza's Hubertas Dabkevičius. But to his dismay, Hubertas Dabkevičius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 23rd minute, Hubertas Dabkevičius made a precise shot to the right of Armando Ruano. Guarei FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Armando Ruano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hubertas Dabkevičius in the 29th minute. Caldebrazza were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Guarei FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zé Roberto Moreno took the corner. When Luiz Eduardo Nunes fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guarei FC's protests and gave Luiz Eduardo Nunes a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Guarei FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. In the 34th minute Hubertas Dabkevičius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Ruano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armando Ruano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xavier Sabrosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute, Anísio Neiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Armando Arce, 40 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Xavier Sabrosa struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Armando Ruano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caldebrazza. After a defensive mix-up in Guarei FC's zone, Hubertas Dabkevičius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armando Ruano came out of the goal and Hubertas Dabkevičius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guarei FC's Armando Ruano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavier Sabrosa in the 47th minute of play.
The wind increased when Hubertas Dabkevičius made the kick off in the second half. In the 50thth minute of the game Hubertas Dabkevičius who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guarei FC's Armando Ruano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Caldebrazza's Hubertas Dabkevičius in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Guarei FC's goalie prevented a goal. Alessandro Linares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kacper Burdalski, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Caldebrazza's Alessandro Linares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Caldebrazza from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Betinho Ferreira in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alessandro Linares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Caldebrazza's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Armando Arce ran over to the corner to take the kick. Armando Ruano came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Caldebrazza's Hugo Lucian. But to his dismay, Hugo Lucian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Guarei FC's Alessandro Quadros was substituted for Luiz Eduardo Nunes. Guarei FC made a substitution. Edvaldo Barbosa replaced Luís Fernando Antunes. Caldebrazza's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zé Roberto Moreno in the 75th minute. Armando Ruano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Lucian, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Armando Ruano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavier Sabrosa in the 80th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hubertas Dabkevičius in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Ruano saved Guarei FC from getting behind. 85 minutes into the match, Caldebrazza's goal looked a bit too open when Betinho Ferreira came free, but Alessandro Linares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute of the match Anísio Carvalho sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Armando Ruano skillfully saved the ball. In the 93rd minute Betinho Ferreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alessandro Linares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgard Bezerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alessandro Linares having to interfere.
