Cláudio Donatello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willian de Alcântara having to interfere. With a little luck, THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA's Willian de Alcântara got control of the ball when Cláudio Donatello tried to sneak it across the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredo Silva got free with Tiaguinho Sergipano in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Bem Bolado getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Bernardo de Senna hit a great ball. If Magno das Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. After a rather tough play, THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA's César Moraes got a free kick in the 87th minute. Magno das Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Magno das Neves scored 2-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Willian de Alcântara, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 95th minute Mo Di Yun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willian de Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Bem Bolado had played much better football throughout.
