The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Microsoft Team's Décio Barbosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Lain in the 3rd minute of play. José Vítor Aparecido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Décio Barbosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Vítor Aparecido in the 9th minute of the match. Décio Barbosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Lain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the game, Ricardinho Neiva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Microsoft Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Braga Junior FC the free kick. Ricardinho Neiva kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Emilio Lain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th minute José Vítor Aparecido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Décio Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 22 minutes, José Vítor Aparecido made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Microsoft Team's Décio Barbosa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Emilio Lain scored 0-4 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Décio Barbosa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 28 minutes, Luiz Eduardo Netto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Microsoft Team and the Braga Junior FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Microsoft Team getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Luiz Eduardo Netto hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Microsoft Team's Luiz Eduardo Netto got a free kick in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, Microsoft Team's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Lain came free, but Décio Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 played minutes Microsoft Team got a freekick which was hit by Lúcio Arce. If Emilio Lain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cauã Vinhas during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 43rd minute, one of Microsoft Team:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Microsoft Team. Emilio Lain scored 0-6 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Décio Barbosa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Braga Junior FC were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell José Vítor Aparecido to make the kick off. José Vítor Aparecido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Microsoft Team booed when Braga Junior FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Lain didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Microsoft Team's Décio Barbosa got control of the ball when José Vítor Aparecido tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Microsoft Team defense, Emilio Lain kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Décio Barbosa. The Microsoft Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Décio Barbosa should have stopped the shot. Ricardinho Neiva hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Décio Barbosa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but José Vítor Aparecido showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 72 minute of play. José Vítor Aparecido blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Décio Barbosa having to make a save. In the 80th minute José Vítor Aparecido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Décio Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Vítor Aparecido in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Décio Barbosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Décio Barbosa came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Braga Junior FC's José Vítor Aparecido. But to his dismay, José Vítor Aparecido quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-12. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Lain in the 89th minute of play forced Microsoft Team's goalkeeper Décio Barbosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute, Hélio Vaz made a precise shot to the right of Décio Barbosa. Microsoft Team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-13. Décio Barbosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Lain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 97th minute, Hélio Vaz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Braga Junior FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-14. When the final whistle sounded Braga Junior FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Microsoft Team.
