In the 16thth minute of the game Fred Valencia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's Dedê Arantes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 17 minutes into the match, A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Valencia came free, but Dedê Arantes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 18 played minutes A.D.PADRE MIGUEL got a freekick which was hit by Arthur Barbosa. When Jaime Dante fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's protests and gave Jaime Dante a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th match minute, A.D.PADRE MIGUEL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Dante to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerson Rezende got free with Dedê Arantes in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fred Valencia in the 24th minute of play forced A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's goalkeeper Dedê Arantes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Lucas Head Son left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Jaime Dante kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Dedê Arantes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerson Rezende in the 46th minute of the match.

In the 52nd minute, Leonel Xavier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dedê Arantes was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. 56 minutes into the match, A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Valencia came free, but Dedê Arantes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute, Tomás Fantini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the game, INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's Nilmar de Souza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dedê Arantes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. If Leonel Xavier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's Tomás Fantini got a free kick in the 70th minute. Gerson Rezende took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dedê Arantes. Dedê Arantes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. 84 minutes into the match, Fred Valencia notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's Dedê Arantes. Dedê Arantes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Nilmar de Souza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dedê Arantes was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. After 93 minutes of play, INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's Nilmar de Souza made it 14-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dedê Arantes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nilmar de Souza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dedê Arantes having to make a save. 97 minutes into the game, INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's Nilmar de Souza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dedê Arantes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 15-0. There was no doubt that INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA were the better team. INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
