Volodymyr Zelenskiy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Munhoz went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Luiz Gonçalves in the 11th minute of play forced ≮王者归来≯Penghu County's goalkeeper Volodymyr Zelenskiy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 13 minutes on the clock, Filipe da Fonseca commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The supporters of ≮王者归来≯Penghu County booed when Uraricuera EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roope Pärssinens short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Chiquinho Peres to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 28th minute Tomás Tasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquinho Peres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 minutes, Nuno Marques mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ≮王者归来≯Penghu County and the Uraricuera EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in ≮王者归来≯Penghu County fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedro Munhoz to make the kick off. Volodymyr Zelenskiy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Munhoz in the 51st minute of the match. Chiquinho Peres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Tasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 61 minutes into the match, ≮王者归来≯Penghu County's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Munhoz came free, but Volodymyr Zelenskiy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chiquinho Peres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hróðvar Baugsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 played minutes Uraricuera EC got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Sergipano. Chiquinho Peres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miklós Bodnár, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 76 minutes into the match, ≮王者归来≯Penghu County's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Munhoz came free, but Volodymyr Zelenskiy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Miroslav Klvaňa in the 79th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Uraricuera EC's Ismael Sergipano. Glauco Aparecido hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute of the match Miklós Bodnár shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chiquinho Peres showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Volodymyr Zelenskiy made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Ismael Sergipano sent off a good shot on target. Pedro Munhoz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 88th minute. Uraricuera EC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The ≮王者归来≯Penghu County fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Uraricuera EC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
