In the 4th minute Hermínio Lendaa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Loureiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Goth Cloudy Experience's zone, Renatinho Tavares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronaldinho Novaes came out of the goal and Renatinho Tavares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Renatinho Tavares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Ronaldinho Novaes made a huge save. In the 10thth minute of the game Acácio Leal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marília AC's Jacinto Loureiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Renatinho Tavares took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ronaldinho Novaes. Ronaldinho Novaes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Marília AC's Betinho Souto got a free kick in the 17th minute. Ronaldinho Novaes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Renatinho Tavares in the 20th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Renatinho Tavares got free with Ronaldinho Novaes in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 26 played minutes Marília AC got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Marques. After a rather tough play, Marília AC's Akın Seccac got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 31st minute Acácio Leal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Loureiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mané Nóbrega hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Renatinho Tavares did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Ronaldinho Novaes 37 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Goth Cloudy Experience's Ronaldinho Novaes got control of the ball when Renatinho Tavares tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 52 played minutes Goth Cloudy Experience got a freekick which was hit by Victor Maranhense. After a rather tough play, Goth Cloudy Experience's Victor Maranhense got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute of the match Abel Barros sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ronaldinho Novaes skillfully saved the ball. Marília AC's Renatinho Tavares got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ronaldinho Novaes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renatinho Tavares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Renatinho Tavares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marília AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Renatinho Tavares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ronaldinho Novaes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Akın Seccac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Ronaldinho Novaes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marília AC made a substitution. Renatinho de Souza replaced Renatinho Tavares. 81 minutes into the match, Marília AC's goal looked a bit too open when Hermínio Lendaa came free, but Jacinto Loureiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Goth Cloudy Experience's Ronaldinho Novaes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renatinho de Souza in the 86th minute of play. If Renatinho de Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Goth Cloudy Experience getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Mané Nóbrega hit a great ball. Jacinto Loureiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Acácio Leal went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Marília AC fully deserved thier win.
