A collision led to Goth Cloudy Experience getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Adriano Britto hit a great ball. Renatinho Tavares took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ronaldinho Novaes. Ronaldinho Novaes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Hermínio Lendaa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goth Cloudy Experience's supporters rose to their feet, but Hermínio Lendaa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacinto Loureiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 26 minutes into the match, Goth Cloudy Experience's goal looked a bit too open when Renatinho Tavares came free, but Ronaldinho Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renatinho Tavares in the 26th minute of play forced Goth Cloudy Experience's goalkeeper Ronaldinho Novaes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. That made the score 1-2 in the 38 minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Goth Cloudy Experience's goal looked a bit too open when Akın Seccac came free, but Ronaldinho Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute of the match Marília AC got a corner. Goth Cloudy Experience's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Abel Barros ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Marília AC's Nikos Koutsomitras getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Goth Cloudy Experience's Adriano Britto quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Abel Barros, made in the 47th minute of the game. The Goth Cloudy Experience players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Marília AC were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hermínio Lendaa to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Goth Cloudy Experience's goalkeeper Ronaldinho Novaes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renatinho Tavares. Renatinho Tavares succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 60th playminute. After 70 played minutes Goth Cloudy Experience got a freekick which was hit by Adriano Britto. Marília AC made a substitution. Olavo Lima replaced Betinho Souto. The supporters of Marília AC booed when Goth Cloudy Experience was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adriano Britto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 74 minutes into the game, Marília AC's Renatinho Tavares nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ronaldinho Novaes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. In the 78th minute, Renatinho Tavares left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marília AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Marília AC made a substitution. Delfim de Andrade replaced Renatinho Tavares. In the 84th minute Delfim de Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldinho Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Delfim de Andrade cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Ronaldinho Novaes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Delfim de Andrade came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Marília AC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delfim de Andrade couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Delfim de Andrade got free with Ronaldinho Novaes in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marília AC played a much better game than Goth Cloudy Experience and deserved their victory. The Goth Cloudy Experience players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
