In the 10th match minute, Atlético São Sebastião was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejandro Donati to maneuver through the defense. Roger Couto scored 1-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Qu Feng Bin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mota 2017's Torgeir Phan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Cebo in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Mota 2017's goal looked a bit too open when Falcão Zonta came free, but Torgeir Phan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Qu Feng Bin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Couto in the 21st minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 28 minutes into the game, when Bozkurt Sönmezalp put in a rough tackle. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Atlético São Sebastião's Qu Feng Bin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Atlético São Sebastião from getting a goal against them. Roberto Simões sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Qu Feng Bin made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Eliseu Senna sent off a good shot on target. Torgeir Phan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Simões in the 39th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Mota 2017's goal looked a bit too open when Pan Zhen Fan came free, but Torgeir Phan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute Godofredo Cebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torgeir Phan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roger Couto in the 44th minute of play forced Atlético São Sebastião's goalkeeper Qu Feng Bin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Gene Simmons hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Godofredo Cebo to strike the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Alejandro Donati in the 51st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Mota 2017's Romário de Lara. The supporters of Mota 2017 booed when Atlético São Sebastião was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gene Simmons didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 52nd minute of the match Dedé Cardoso sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Qu Feng Bin skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Atlético São Sebastião getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Gene Simmons hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roger Couto in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Qu Feng Bin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 64 minutes into the game, Alejandro Donati threw the ball into play from the sideline. Mota 2017's Romário de Lara quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Mota 2017's Torgeir Phan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Mota 2017 from getting a goal against them. Mota 2017's Per-Olof Hybbert quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alejandro Donati, made in the 71st minute of the game. Through an outstanding action, after 75 minutes, Torgeir Phan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Torgeir Phan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pan Zhen Fan in the 77th minute. Qu Feng Bin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseu Senna in the 81st minute of the match. Mota 2017's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dedé Cardoso in the 82nd minute. Qu Feng Bin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseu Senna in the 88th minute of play. When Dedé Cardoso fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mota 2017's protests and gave Dedé Cardoso a yellow card for diving instead. After 96 minutes of play, Atlético São Sebastião's Godofredo Cebo made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Torgeir Phan was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match was over Atlético São Sebastião could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mota 2017 throughout the match.
