Maverick Futebol Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fachtna Duggan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 13th minute of the game. One of Maverick Futebol Clube:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mayhem Sharks:s goal. Fachtna Duggan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edinho Paraíba having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Wit Chuchro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maverick Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Wit Chuchro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Renan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mayhem Sharks's Bruno Renan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Mayhem Sharks from getting a goal against them. Fachtna Duggan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edinho Paraíba having to interfere. Bruno Renan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wit Chuchro in the 36th minute. Maverick Futebol Clube were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Mayhem Sharks's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Deivid Goiano took the corner. Maverick Futebol Clube's Deivid Goiano was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bruno Renan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cacá Cavalcante in the 40th minute of play forced Mayhem Sharks's goalkeeper Bruno Renan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fachtna Duggan in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edinho Paraíba prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fachtna Duggan was the one to do the kick off. If Fachtna Duggan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruno Renan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Neves in the 55th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reynaldo Neves in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Renan saved Mayhem Sharks from getting behind. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maverick Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Edinho Paraíba, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Reynaldo Neves left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maverick Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Mayhem Sharks's Bruno Renan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wit Chuchro in the 64th minute of play. Bruno Renan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wit Chuchro in the 67th minute of the match. In the 70th minute Wit Chuchro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Renan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Renan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wit Chuchro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Vinícius Haaland's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruno Renan was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Bruno Renan came out of the goal and Vinícius Haaland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 82nd minute, Wit Chuchro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Renan was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Bruno Renan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wit Chuchro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 played minutes Mayhem Sharks got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo da Mata. Bruno Renan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Neves in the 89th minute of play. Bruno Renan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Neves in the 89th minute of the match. Srđa Vulić kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Maverick Futebol Clube's Deivid Goiano tried to score from far away in the 91st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The supporters of Maverick Futebol Clube booed when Mayhem Sharks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo da Mata didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Maverick Futebol Clube had played much better football throughout.
