The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Qijua F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Manuel Salles in the 9th minute. The corner ended in Manuel Salles almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sumaré Sport Club's Richard Fontes did a great save. Sumaré Sport Club's Richard Fontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Machado in the 10th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Brun got free with Donzel Abasalo in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 20 minutes into the match, Qijua F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Brun came free, but Donzel Abasalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donzel Abasalo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Brun's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute, Sumaré Sport Club's Zé Trigo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Brun in the 30th minute of play forced Qijua F.C's goalkeeper Donzel Abasalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Brun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Donzel Abasalo made a huge save. In the 36th minute, Zé Trigo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 37 minutes into the match, Sumaré Sport Club's goal looked a bit too open when Laerte de Castro came free, but Richard Fontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Richard Fontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bixintxo Arbieto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Donzel Abasalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Chmelyk in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bixintxo Arbieto was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Zé Trigo made a precise shot to the right of Donzel Abasalo. Qijua F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. The audience was convinced that Zé Trigo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Donzel Abasalo was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Donzel Abasalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Brun, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Oswaldo Furlan hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. If Alfred Chmelyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. But to his dismay, Zé Trigo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by 苏庭枫 in the 89th minute of play forced Qijua F.C's goalkeeper Donzel Abasalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by Qijua F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zé Trigo was slow to take the kick. During this time Sumaré Sport Club's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Zé Trigo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Donzel Abasalo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 91st minute Luís Fabiano de Sena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donzel Abasalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 94 minutes of play, Sumaré Sport Club's Sebastian Brun made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Donzel Abasalo was left in no man's land by his defense there! 苏庭枫 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sumaré Sport Club were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Qijua F.C for a fine match.
