Ruperto Estolaza kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Mateo Vedillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Polhemus in the 17th minute of play. Bratan Tepavicharov hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bratan Tepavicharov got free with Rafael Maria Navarro in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Holmes FC's Rafael Maria Navarro got control of the ball when Armando Paredes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rafael Maria Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludomil Rozanski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Paredes couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 51st minute Gugu Tande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Vedillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerardo Alzaga scored 2-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rafael Maria Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Paredes in the 59th minute of play forced Holmes FC's goalkeeper Rafael Maria Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Holmes FC's Rafael Maria Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Bertiz in the 83rd minute of play. Spectre FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Xacobo Gundelach in the 84th minute. Spectre FC's Xacobo Gundelach was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rafael Maria Navarro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With 86 minutes on the clock, Liberto Passalacqua commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 87th minute, Liberto Passalacqua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95 minutes of play, Spectre FC's Savier Barrera made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rafael Maria Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there!
