The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edelmiro Cheche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yao Guang Chao having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arturo Ranolfo in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Macario prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 13 minutes into the game, Edelmiro Cheche cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Yao Guang Chao was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Yaji FC booed when Berutti FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ceferino Musko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pascual Pes hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Berutti FC's goalkeeper Bruno Macario, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Berutti FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arturo Ranolfo was slow to take the kick. During this time Yaji FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Arturo Ranolfo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bruno Macario quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Edelmiro Cheche had several of the Yaji FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 31 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Yao Guang Chao as he didn't even see the shot coming. Edelmiro Cheche in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Yao Guang Chao, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, Yaji FC's Yao Guang Chao got control of the ball when Edelmiro Cheche tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Yaji FC booed when Berutti FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Restu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Berutti FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Ranolfo came free, but Bruno Macario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastian Lobo made a kick off. Marcos Cordeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Bruno Macario stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arturo Ranolfo's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. In the 56thth minute of the game Arturo Ranolfo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Berutti FC's Bruno Macario was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yao Guang Chao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Cheche in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Edelmiro Cheche got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 61st minute, Rogelio Ekhi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64thth minute of the game Arturo Ranolfo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Berutti FC's Bruno Macario was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yaji FC's Kryspin Ziemba was substituted for Arturo Ranolfo. Bruno Macario made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Kryspin Ziemba sent off a good shot on target. Bruno Macario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kryspin Ziemba in the 75th minute of play. Kryspin Ziemba blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruno Macario having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kryspin Ziemba got free with Bruno Macario in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Victor Restu made in the 80th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ceferino Musko immediately put the ball in play. Yaji FC's Ladislao Tximitx suffered a sore knee after 85 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Marcos Cordeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Berutti FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
