A beautiful save bye Tacheros OFF's goalie prevented a goal. 4 minutes into the match, Academia Club's goalkeeper Saturnino Txartiko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mattin Solbeida. Rodolfo Anaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cahit Eker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Tacheros OFF getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Mariano Tabb hit a great ball. Julio-César Dely Valdés sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benicio Marques kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Saturnino Txartiko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattin Solbeida in the 17th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Tacheros OFF's Arnaldo Firman got a free kick in the 18th minute. Rodolfo Anaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio-César Dely Valdés, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. When Academia Club's Cahit Eker in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tacheros OFF's goalie prevented a goal. Academia Club's Beto Eger got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Cahit Eker's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodolfo Anaya was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. In the 36th minute of the match Academia Club got a corner. Tacheros OFF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carmelo Osmundo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cahit Eker hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Rodolfo Anaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cahit Eker, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Rodolfo Anaya came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Academia Club's Cahit Eker. But to his dismay, Cahit Eker quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Benigno Horado took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Saturnino Txartiko to make any attempt to save it. Saturnino Txartiko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benigno Horado, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Rodolfo Anaya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio-César Dely Valdés in the 44th minute of play. When Academia Club's Julio-César Dely Valdés in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tacheros OFF's goalie prevented a goal. In the 47th minute, Samuel Raphael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Samuel Raphael charged in rather forcefully in the 49th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samuel Raphael the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tacheros OFF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 49th minute. Penalty! Carmelo Osmundo walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Julio-César Dely Valdés sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cahit Eker to make the kick off. Benigno Horado hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Carmelo Osmundo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 58 played minutes Tacheros OFF got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Firman. When Academia Club's Julio-César Dely Valdés in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tacheros OFF's goalie prevented a goal. In the 61st minute, Florentino Saturnin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luo Wei Bang hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Tacheros OFF's Mattin Solbeida got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Julio-César Dely Valdés's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodolfo Anaya was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. If Camilo Ranolfo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cahit Eker came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Academia Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cahit Eker couldn't finish the play. 96 minutes into the match, Tacheros OFF's goal looked a bit too open when Julio-César Dely Valdés came free, but Rodolfo Anaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Academia Club booed when Tacheros OFF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 99 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnaldo Firman didn't get a good kick on the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
