In the 5th minute Celso Hernando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Eduino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute Mala Kicia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dong Zhen Song saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rene Eduino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duran Hunalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 15 minutes into the game, Cabezones's Raf Feys nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rene Eduino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Tome in the 21st minute of play forced Liberland's goalkeeper Rene Eduino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Liberland's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Tome came free, but Rene Eduino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Duran Hunalp sped through Liberland's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rene Eduino. Raf Feys kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Mala Kicia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dong Zhen Song saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dong Zhen Song made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Jakubiak in the 31st minute of play. After 35 minutes of play, Liberland's Edgar Jakubiak made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dong Zhen Song was left in no man's land by his defense there! 39 minutes into the match, Celso Hernando had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rene Eduino. Liberland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celso Hernando was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Rene Eduino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celso Hernando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Edgar Jakubiak came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Liberland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgar Jakubiak couldn't finish the play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Duran Hunalp stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Braulio Tome recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Duran Hunalp in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rene Eduino saved Liberland from getting behind. After 56 minutes Liberland's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Serafino Blasco who took care of the corner kick. Mariano Caetano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Dong Zhen Song tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cabezones's Dong Zhen Song played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Jakubiak in the 67th minute of play. Dong Zhen Song showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Jakubiak in the 70th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Jakubiak in the 79th minute of play forced Cabezones's goalkeeper Dong Zhen Song to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Liberland's Omar Eudoxio was substituted for German Playo. Cabezones's Ariel Mannie was substituted for Celso Hernando. In the 82nd minute Liberland were awarded a corner. Enrique Nikola went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Mala Kicia heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Cazimir Turcu's late challenge caught a Cabezones's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cazimir Turcu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Cabezones booed when Liberland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cazimir Turcu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rene Eduino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Tome in the 89th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Ariel Mannie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Liberland's Edgar Jakubiak got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cabezones walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
