Onagoity AFC's Gaudencio Gervaso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Onagoity AFC from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Joel Jacindo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaudencio Gervaso was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. István Détári took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolando Sidro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 18 minutes of play, Onagoity AFC's Rolando Sidro made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. István Détári was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hugo van der Struijk hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. István Détári took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Hug, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. István Détári came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Onagoity AFC's Rolando Sidro. But to his dismay, Rolando Sidro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Onagoity AFC's Gaudencio Gervaso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Theobald in the 31st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Paulo Theobald's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaudencio Gervaso was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Onagoity AFC's Gaudencio Gervaso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Onagoity AFC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Theobald in the 40th minute of play forced Onagoity AFC's goalkeeper Gaudencio Gervaso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Sidro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rolando Sidro was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th match minute, Onagoity AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joni Rotinsulu to maneuver through the defense. Gaudencio Gervaso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Theobald, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After 55 played minutes Onagoity AFC got a freekick which was hit by Joni Rotinsulu. In the 56th minute Arnulfo Beltran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Gervaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute Paulo Theobald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Gervaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaudencio Gervaso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnulfo Beltran, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 66th minute Paulo Theobald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Gervaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nestor Hug fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without István Détári having to interfere. Buenos y Malos Ayres's Waclaw Siwy was substituted for Qu Jian Qi. Onagoity AFC's Arnoldo Columbo was substituted for Amancio Artizar. Gaudencio Gervaso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnulfo Beltran in the 71st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnulfo Beltran in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gaudencio Gervaso saved Onagoity AFC from getting behind. Rolando Sidro might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over István Détári. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rolando Sidro ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Sidro in the 74th minute of play forced Buenos y Malos Ayres's goalkeeper István Détári to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Sidro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without István Détári having to make a save. In the 83rd minute Su Zhen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Gervaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute Jonatan Palmkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Gervaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Xiao Liang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th match minute, Buenos y Malos Ayres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xiao Liang to maneuver through the defense. István Détári made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolando Sidro in the 89th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Beltran in the 90th minute of play forced Onagoity AFC's goalkeeper Gaudencio Gervaso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Onagoity AFC defense, Jonatan Palmkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaudencio Gervaso. The Onagoity AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaudencio Gervaso should have stopped the shot.
