Monte Hermoso Beach's attentive Benito Cala managed to snatch the ball when Hermengildo Soin made a throw-in in the 10th minute of the game. In the 11th minute, Monte Hermoso Beach's Aage Hill ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Şenol Güneş. Şenol Güneş yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Şenol Güneş was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aage Hill showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 13 minute of play. Emil Arendarski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sofiane Mourlon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emil Arendarski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco George in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Evert Holm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aage Hill might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Şenol Güneş. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. LOS MENTI's Şenol Güneş proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save LOS MENTI from getting a goal against them. 34 minutes into the match, Monte Hermoso Beach's Aage Hill sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Şenol Güneş narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Monte Hermoso Beach's Hector Montrel was substituted for Aage Hill. Monte Hermoso Beach's Siro Suarez was substituted for Fulgencio Pudes. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 汪常然 to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, LOS MENTI's Hermengildo Soin got a free kick in the 55th minute. If Hector Montrel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The tension between the LOS MENTI and the Monte Hermoso Beach players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to LOS MENTI getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Hermengildo Soin hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, LOS MENTI's Hermengildo Soin got a free kick in the 79th minute. Feridun Eryiğit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Viktor Petrus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, LOS MENTI's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Montrel came free, but Şenol Güneş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Monte Hermoso Beach players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
