After 24 played minutes LOS MENTI got a freekick which was hit by Georges Grün. Fabricio Ereinotz hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. David Gagriel struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Romulo Benvide didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LOS MENTI. In the 31st minute of the match, Xie Rong Hao got a very nice opportunity to score, but Şenol Güneş was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Romulo Benvide came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by LOS MENTI's Marco George. But to his dismay, Marco George quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Şenol Güneş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Almir Britto, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Gao Chao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Şenol Güneş made a huge save. Şenol Güneş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gao Chao in the 40th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, LOS MENTI's goal looked a bit too open when Xie Rong Hao came free, but Şenol Güneş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when 汪常然 made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when 汪常然 got free with Romulo Benvide in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Xie Rong Hao recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Şenol Güneş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xie Rong Hao in the 68th minute of the match. Romulo Benvide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 汪常然, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xie Rong Hao in the 74th minute of play forced LOS MENTI's goalkeeper Şenol Güneş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to LOS MENTI getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Roderigo Ochari hit a great ball. In the 76th match minute, LOS MENTI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roderigo Ochari to maneuver through the defense. Şenol Güneş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciriaco Garaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Romulo Benvide made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when 汪常然 sent off a good shot on target. In the 79thth minute of the game Xie Rong Hao who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LOS MENTI's Şenol Güneş was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when 汪常然 got free with Romulo Benvide in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, LOS MENTI's Sofiane Mourlon got a free kick in the 94th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the LOS MENTI players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
