Herminio Iratze's late challenge caught a AC ALDO BONZI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Herminio Iratze helped the player get up and apologised. Herminio Iratze hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Herminio Iratze received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Arnoldo Canor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Filiberto Alfonso was slow to take the kick. During this time AC ALDO BONZI's players had a chance to rest. Arnoldo Canor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornelio Inge in the 27th minute of play. INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Panda Moerdani in the 33rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Panda Moerdani got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arnoldo Canor quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After having played for 35 minutes, Dave Blair managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC ALDO BONZI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dave Blair was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Arnoldo Canor successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Marcial Estavan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dave Blair, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cornelio Inge in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnoldo Canor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcial Estavan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Blair in the 43rd minute of play. In the 46th minute, INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s Herminio Iratze dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dave Blair made a kick off. Arnoldo Canor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornelio Inge, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. AC ALDO BONZI's Arnoldo Canor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Iratze in the 54th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Dave Blair's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcial Estavan was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s zone, Dave Blair stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcial Estavan came out of the goal and Dave Blair tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcial Estavan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Blair in the 71st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Blair in the 75th minute of play forced INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s goalkeeper Marcial Estavan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 76th minute, but Marcial Estavan got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving INDEPENDIENTE F.C. hanging dry this time. In the 82nd match minute, INDEPENDIENTE F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yngve Möller to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute, Yngve Möller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 85 minutes, Diego York made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s Marcial Estavan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego York in the 88th minute of play forced INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s goalkeeper Marcial Estavan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnoldo Canor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herminio Iratze in the 89th minute of play. INDEPENDIENTE F.C. were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing AC ALDO BONZI to leave the ground with a draw.
