In the 13th minute, White StarZ's Aipytos Vardoulakis seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Aipytos Vardoulakis the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of White StarZ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Aipytos Vardoulakis had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 13th minute of the game. One of White StarZ:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cavallino Rampante II:s goal. In the 15th minute, Ubaldo Gonzales made a precise shot to the right of Gonçalo Vides. White StarZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 17 minutes into the match, White StarZ's Ernst Vestlund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ernesto Fe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernst Vestlund in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernesto Fe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24thth minute of the game Ernst Vestlund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cavallino Rampante II's Ernesto Fe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Gonzales in the 31st minute of play forced White StarZ's goalkeeper Gonçalo Vides to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ernst Vestlund made a kick off. Cavallino Rampante II's Ernesto Fe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Macias in the 57th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Ernst Vestlund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ernesto Fe was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Cavallino Rampante II's Fabian Jarosiewicz was substituted for Candido Garin. Ernesto Fe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernst Vestlund in the 94th minute of play. Cavallino Rampante II's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
