Los Rompepiernas's Adrian Frederico quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After some careless play in the Los Rompepiernas defense, Mikus Linkūns kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martin Liher. The Los Rompepiernas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martin Liher should have stopped the shot. Albino Leobardo hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Tomas Dolcet hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Martin Liher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zygmunt Malik, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Tomas Dolcet charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomas Dolcet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th match minute, Los Rompepiernas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Dolcet to maneuver through the defense. Martin Liher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benicio Osasun, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute, Albino Leobardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute Benicio Osasun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Liher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 24 minutes, Adrian Frederico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Rompepiernas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrian Frederico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Los Rompepiernas's Arthur Neiva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jerom Quvelirs narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arthur Neiva took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jerom Quvelirs. Jerom Quvelirs dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 30 minutes into the match, El Retorno de Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur Neiva came free, but Jerom Quvelirs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martin Liher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zygmunt Malik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. El Retorno de Palermo were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Los Rompepiernas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zygmunt Malik took the corner. Ramon Errolan thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Martin Liher, a very annoying self made goal in the 33rd minute which led to 1-2. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los Rompepiernas's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zygmunt Malik was slow to take the kick. During this time El Retorno de Palermo's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Zygmunt Malik almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Los Rompepiernas's Martin Liher did a great save. In the 39th minute Zygmunt Malik suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. In the 40th minute, Alfredo Jacindo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Martin Liher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabricio Jax, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabricio Jax in the 42nd minute of play forced Los Rompepiernas's goalkeeper Martin Liher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 played minutes Los Rompepiernas got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Jacindo. Benicio Osasun scored 1-3 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Martin Liher, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benicio Osasun made a kick off. Benicio Osasun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Martin Liher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martin Liher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabricio Jax, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 57 minutes into the match, El Retorno de Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur Neiva came free, but Jerom Quvelirs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Los Rompepiernas made a substitution. Niceto Duardo replaced Arthur Neiva. After 62 played minutes El Retorno de Palermo got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Jerico. When Los Rompepiernas's Niceto Duardo in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Retorno de Palermo's goalie prevented a goal. When Albino Leobardo fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Rompepiernas's protests and gave Albino Leobardo a yellow card for diving instead. With a little luck, Los Rompepiernas's Martin Liher got control of the ball when Fabricio Jax tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Aldo Fernanco could shoot a difficult shot in the 70th minute, which Martin Liher however easily saved by the left post. In the 71st minute Adrian Frederico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerom Quvelirs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Los Rompepiernas's Niceto Duardo got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Niceto Duardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jerom Quvelirs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Duardo in the 76th minute of play. Jerom Quvelirs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Frederico, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Los Rompepiernas's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rene Crispo in the 82nd minute. Martin Liher made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mikus Linkūns in the 84th minute. If Niceto Duardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Los Rompepiernas's Martin Liher got control of the ball when Fabricio Jax tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jerom Quvelirs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Frederico, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. El Retorno de Palermo's Jerom Quvelirs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Duardo in the 95th minute of play. The El Retorno de Palermo players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
