Nippur de Lagash 2's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hernan Lehen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Peluchita Fc's Cosme Sansone got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Casimiro Cordarell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Emilijano Martinez made a huge save. After the first half Peluchita Fc were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Peluchita Fc made a substitution. Lino Orland replaced Wiktor Pusiak. The wind increased when Hernan Lehen made the kick off in the second half. A throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game was made by Sixto Ariando with Reynaldo De Mitri as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. A collision led to Peluchita Fc getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Claudio Gurutz hit a great ball. In the 57th minute of the match, Froilan Tabb tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tito Chayo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Emilijano Martinez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernan Lehen in the 58th minute of the match. If Reynaldo De Mitri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Peluchita Fc's Nicolas Richie was substituted for Yu Zheng Zheng. Nippur de Lagash 2's Virgilio Emenon was substituted for Gavino De Mitri. Nippur de Lagash 2's Benjamin De Mitri was substituted for Casimiro Cordarell. Nippur de Lagash 2's Segundo Oro was substituted for Hernan Lehen. If Benjamin Navarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peluchita Fc's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
