When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Jairo Deunoro sped through Club A. Independiente's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Roque Rexino. Roque Rexino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Deunoro in the 13th minute of the match. After 17 minutes, Honorio Erasto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caballeritos del Baile and the Club A. Independiente players grew even worse after the yellow card. Honorio Erasto kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After having played for 26 minutes, Jairo Deunoro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caballeritos del Baile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jairo Deunoro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jairo Deunoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honorio Erasto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roque Rexino having to make a save. If Jairo Deunoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honorio Erasto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Roque Rexino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caballeritos del Baile's Jairo Deunoro got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Club A. Independiente getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Rolando Victoro hit a great ball. Jairo Deunoro scored 0-4 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roque Rexino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jairo Deunoro to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Club A. Independiente's Roque Rexino got control of the ball when Jairo Deunoro tried to sneak it across the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Jairo Deunoro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Roque Rexino. Jairo Deunoro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. 59 minutes into the match, Club A. Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Deunoro came free, but Roque Rexino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute, Jairo Deunoro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 63 minutes, Jairo Deunoro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Agustin Ilixo took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Roque Rexino to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, Club A. Independiente's Roque Rexino got control of the ball when Maximiliano Ramirez tried to sneak it across the goal line. 84 minutes into the game, Caballeritos del Baile's Maximiliano Ramirez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roque Rexino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Club A. Independiente were furious when Venancio Mirande was red carded, 90 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. It was beautiful to see Caballeritos del Baile's Arnulfo Txanton in action when he in the 92nd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! 94 minutes into the match, Club A. Independiente's goalkeeper Roque Rexino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximiliano Ramirez. Roque Rexino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximiliano Ramirez in the 96th minute. Caballeritos del Baile's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
