When Orlin Buhlev came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Nankatsu SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orlin Buhlev couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Orlin Buhlev in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peter Schmeichel saved Hub Yap Para kap from getting behind. Bogdan Podwojski kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Arlindo Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nejat Alp Sezmen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ingvar Vallin in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arlindo Silva saved Nankatsu SC from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Rolan McLian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arlindo Silva was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Nankatsu SC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ingvar Vallin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hub Yap Para kap's players had a chance to rest. Ingvar Vallin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arlindo Silva having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Nankatsu SC's Orlin Buhlev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Peter Schmeichel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 46 played minutes Nankatsu SC got a freekick which was hit by Edgardo Gombal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Ingvar Vallin made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Nejat Alp Sezmen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harun Gökyüzü in the 57th minute of play forced Hub Yap Para kap's goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nankatsu SC's Arlindo Silva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Nankatsu SC from getting a goal against them. Rolan McLian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Arlindo Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Nankatsu SC's goalkeeper Arlindo Silva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ingvar Vallin. In the 63rd minute, Ingvar Vallin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arlindo Silva. The goal made the score 0-1. Hub Yap Para kap's Peter Schmeichel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlin Buhlev in the 66th minute of play. Hub Yap Para kap's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ingvar Vallin in the 69th minute. Hub Yap Para kap's Asdrubal Jubera was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arlindo Silva in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The supporters of Hub Yap Para kap booed when Nankatsu SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alper Evcimen didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Vallin in the 76th minute of play forced Nankatsu SC's goalkeeper Arlindo Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nankatsu SC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ingvar Vallin 80 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Nankatsu SC's Aykutalp User was substituted for Alper Evcimen. Nankatsu SC's Özmen Özkurt was substituted for Kunter Sevgen. In the 86th minute of the game Nejat Alp Sezmen made a throw-in which Bogdan Podwojski played forward. Nejat Alp Sezmen made in the 94th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Rolan McLian immediately put the ball in play.
