Gökdeniz Karadeniz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Selmo Illescas having to interfere. In the 12th minute Ulvi Nizami shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şener Irmak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Şener Irmak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulvi Nizami in the 14th minute of play. With his leg Selmo Illescas managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Laboon SK's Yan Sha Yin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 18 minutes into the match, Prospero Perutxo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Laboon SK's Şener Irmak. Şener Irmak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of demir idmanyurdu booed when Laboon SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihkel Äss didn't get a good kick on the ball.
