But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Jupân couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd play minute Felix Perșa came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Grigore Costin. 1-1. In the 39th minute Felix Perșa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grigore Costin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristinel Borza in the 41stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Grigore Costin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristinel Borza got free with Grigore Costin in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Grigore Costin came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by YR☆Bald Eagle™'s Jason Béroud. But to his dismay, Jason Béroud quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 46 minutes into the match, Manuel Jupân had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Grigore Costin. ☆☆AC☆☆TG-OCNA☆☆'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manuel Jupân was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zlatan Ibrahimov to strike the kick off in the second half. Eduard Emilianu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
