Francisc Ciocoiu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 12thth minute, Melchazadec Terron skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Iacob Povară played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florin Crăciunaș in the 14th minute of play. Melchazadec Terron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viorel Gurzău in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Internazionale's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luca Pancu was slow to take the kick. During this time F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's players had a chance to rest. Iacob Povară showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florin Crăciunaș in the 18th minute of the match. Iacob Povară showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matei Călin, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute Matei Călin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iacob Povară saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the last second Melchazadec Terron throw himself and got hold of the ball when Francisc Ciocoiu in the 25thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Iacob Povară took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornel Popovici, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melchazadec Terron made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Francisc Ciocoiu sent off a good shot on target. Iacob Povară came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Internazionale's Bülent Erduran. But to his dismay, Bülent Erduran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francisc Ciocoiu was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rdth minute of the game Francisc Ciocoiu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Internazionale's Melchazadec Terron was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Francisc Ciocoiu in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Iacob Povară made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. FC Internazionale's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
