In the 27th minute, AFC Barcelona's Aurel Irimescu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Aurel Irimescu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. After 35 played minutes AFC Barcelona got a freekick which was hit by Mihail Văcărescu. 36 minutes into the match, AFC Barcelona's goal looked a bit too open when Manwë Vala came free, but 魏奕迪 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

With a little luck, The Valar's Emmanuel Canturri got control of the ball when 龙挺锋 tried to sneak it across the goal line. AFC Barcelona's Dorin Apetroaiei quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Constantin Hrebenciuc, made in the 52nd minute of the game. After some careless play in the AFC Barcelona defense, Codruț Uncheşu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 魏奕迪. The AFC Barcelona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 魏奕迪 should have stopped the shot. The Valar's Eliodor Decuseară was substituted for Aulë Vala. The Valar made a substitution. Elias Mambru replaced Manwë Vala. After 63 minutes AFC Barcelona's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Codruț Uncheşu who took care of the corner kick. The The Valar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 龙挺锋 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emmanuel Canturri having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. The Valar had played much better football throughout.
